I work as a private tutor and personal coach trained in behaviour change, nutrition and cookery to offer habit-change solutions by actively listening to the challenges a client faces to achieving a sustainable solution to your wellbeing and discuss their options for a successful outcome.
And take the stress out of choosing the right foods for the whole family and decipher misleading nutrition advice given by professionals who do not keep up with their certifications and the media portraying the ‘next best thing’ to get a quick fix.

HOW DOES IT WORK?
First and foremost, I will listen to you, ask a lot of questions – motivational questions. We will discuss where you are, what barriers you have, what motivates you, and your family to become more organised around eating well and exercising more effectively and offer you constructive and non-biased advice for the whole family without preaching from personal experience with all nutritional and physical activity recommendations coming from sound evidence-based research with my creative ideas around food and cookery.
Together, we will explore a solution to get you organised to improve your families wellbeing through the enjoyment of cookery and eating as a family.

Every family is different, therefore each consultation process is a personalised journey and identifies the resources relevant to your needs, for example, cooking lessons, if needed or more guidance on meal planning, obesity prevention.
WHERE ARE YOU BASED?
I work in Dulwich, south-east London and surrounding areas offering home private tuition and personal coaching for families, nannies and childminders, along with online coaching for people who would like to work with me and are not in my local area.
DO YOU OFFER ONLINE COACHING?
Yes, my online services enable you to save time with video meetings and work with me remotely.
The online sessions are for 30 - 45 minutes after our initial consultation sessions and can be weekly or bi-weekly and you will receive personalised recommendations together with follow up activities and resources to help you achieve your desired outcome.
HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?
My coaching fees are £75 per hour (plus travel, if required) whether we work online or face to face with all personalised recommendations via email included. We will work out how much time you need based on your requirements and work out a package and an agreed price to suit you.
My home cookery classes increase your recipe repertoire and improve confidence in the kitchen to ensure you are preparing nutritionally optimised meals for the whole family with half-day and daily rates from £250.
I work with no more than 10 clients so they receive high levels of individual support and information tailored to meet their needs.
