A four-part nutrition workshop series for parents, nannies and childminders to learn how to manage the weight and wellbeing of the whole family by choosing the right foods, cooking more often and eating together, you will acquire the knowledge of how to plan a nutritious lifestyle for all ages, along with how to save time and money on meal preparation to reduce food waste.
Each workshop covers our key principles for family nutrition and concludes with time and money-saving ideas on food preparation with live demonstrations.

Our 90-minute interactive workshops are aimed at parents and nannies to improve their knowledge of nutrition, food choices and meal planning and help with saving time and money on meal preparation.
All workshops conclude with an open discussion on the event topic and the challenges we face and you will receive complimentary support material from the workshop series including, weekly challenges, nutrition fact sheets, recipe ideas, and a meal planner templates.
HOW IS IT FOR?
Our series of workshops are for parents, nannies, mannies and childminders to help improve their knowledge of nutrition and how to make the right food choices to reach the optimal nutritional requirements for infants, toddlers and teenagers to aid growth and development in their early years to improve education performance and daily living.

To guarantee a personal service throughout the workshop series we limit the places to 12 parents, so please book early to avoid disappointment.
The workshops start at 1:25 pm and no latecomers will be admitted after then, therefore we kindly ask for you to assemble from 1:00 pm and register by 1:15 pm to ensure a prompt start, we will finish at 3:00 pm so you can head off for the school run.
You may bring your toddlers if required, please let us know in advance.
The workshops have been created and delivered by Oliver Roberts, Founder Ollie’s Family Kitchen.
Oliver is an influential trained speaker on health and wellbeing who is a certified nutrition coach specialising in family wellbeing ad holds certifications in the following specialist fields

When you book before 15th December 2019 and pay £175.00 non-refundable deposit on booking and remainder £150.00 six weeks before the event.
£300.00 when you pay in full on booking and save £75 off the original price and that's just £75.00 per workshop.
